 Favorites Under 700K


For those needing acreage but struggling to get into acreage pricing, this is a nice alternative. 1984 manufacured home in excellent condition. Looks like maybe on a permanent foundation? I can ask about that. A yes answer to that is pivotal in financing a purchase of a manufactured home on private land with a loan. Quite a bit of this 5 acres is usable, even has a few small pens on site. Nice start for horse owners or other furry friends habitat.

Super cute farmhouse on 9+ acres. Loads of interior upgrades. Quite a lot of usable and some nice tree portions of the land add interest and shade. Easy jet down to the 49 or 80, depending on your commute direction. Not sure about the parcel split indicated in the property narrative. Says dividable into two 5 acres pieces but the parcel is 9.30 acres so buyers, if interested in this aspect, should investigate further.


This beautiful home has a lot to offer, especially the location. Cement Hill is one of my very favorite areas. Its rural yet close to everything and feels so private. Interesting floor plan, pretty kitchen, views, pool, giant shop. Bonus, this listing agent provided a floor plan which you can see in the photo array.

Horse property in Grass Valley. Cute house, exceptional views, pool, really nice barn and some fenced pastures. Even high speed internet!

Two site built houses on 12 usable acres. Set up for dog and horse boarding which makes this one highly unusual and valuable to those interested in this income producing aspect. Usable land with a pond. Check out the 80x220 covered arena with what looks like really nice footing. Shop and so much more.
